1. Agreement to Terms
By hiring lawn games from The Good Game Co., you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not hire the equipment.

2. Booking & Payment

  • To confirm your booking, a deposit or full payment may be required. Payment must clear before the event date for your booking to be secured.

  • Prices for rental are outlined on our website or agreed upon at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for late returns, damage, or missing items.

  • All payments must be made in full prior to the delivery or collection of games.

3. Delivery & Collection

  • You must provide accurate event details, including delivery and collection times, address, and any access restrictions.

  • Delivery and collection times will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Any changes must be communicated in advance.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure there is a safe, accessible area for game setup.

4. Hire Period

  • The standard hire period is [insert number of hours/days]. If you need an extended hire period, please notify us in advance and additional charges may apply.

  • Late returns will incur extra charges at the rate specified on our booking page.

5. Care of Equipment

  • You are responsible for the care and safekeeping of the rented equipment during the hire period.

  • If any items are found to be damaged or missing, we reserve the right to charge you for repair, replacement, or cleaning fees.

6. Safety & Usage

  • You are responsible for ensuring the equipment is used safely and in an appropriate environment.

  • Children should be supervised at all times while using the games. We are not liable for any injury or accidents resulting from misuse of the equipment.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made within 3 days of the event date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

  • In the event of adverse weather conditions or other circumstances preventing game use, a full refund or rescheduled booking may be offered.

8. Liability

  • We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage that occurs during the use of our games. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your use of the equipment.

  • We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries resulting from improper use, lack of supervision, or unsafe conditions at the venue.

9. Privacy & Data

  • We will collect and store your personal information only for the purpose of processing bookings and communication.

  • Your details will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or as necessary for the completion of your booking.

10. Modifications

  • We reserve the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or our website.
